Article 1
As clearly stated in the “terms of sale” section displayed on the website, it is absolutely forbidden to
publish any images of persons below the age of 18.
We reserve the right to remove any content, in whole or part, that violates this policy, our Terms of
Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
In the event of repeated or severe violations, we may suspend or permanently deactivate the
account(s) in question.
You can report the content directly or contact us to report content that appears to violate this policy.
It is also prohibited :


• Child pornography (real, implied, live, animated),
• To use marketing and search terms that give the impression that its content contains child exploitation
materials or depiction of nonconsensual activities,
• To publish images containing any form of sexual interaction that occurs without the consent of any of the
participants, images of rape, hate, bestiality (sexual interaction with animals), or images showing drug
abuse or alcohol,
• To publish content that is promoting or facilitating human trafficking, sex trafficking, physical abuse or
prostitution,
• Content created solely for the purpose of advertising or other commercial content, including company
logos, links, or company names,
• Spam, unwanted contact, or content that is shared repeatedly in a disruptive manner,
• Content that endorses or promotes illegal or harmful activity, or that is violent, graphic,
threatening, or harassing,
• Content that is discriminatory,
• Attempts to impersonate another person, account, or entity, including a representative of the company,
• Content that is illegal or that violates another person’s or entity’s rights, including intellectual property
rights and privacy, rights,
• Content that includes another person’s private or confidential information,
• It is also forbidden to publish content (text) which may contain any of the situations described above.

Article 2
All moderators involved in the process of approving notices shall be thoroughly trained to comply with the provisions of Article 1.
They will not, however, fail to understand that they are responsible both to the senior management and to the legislation in force, and may have to be held accountable to the relevant legislative bodies.
In the event that the moderator observes situations described in Article 1, he shall alert and cooperate with the relevant legislative bodies.

Article 3
The way the customer is entering the website is the following:
• Step 1 – When opening, the site is blocked until the customer confirms that it is over 18 years of age.
• Step 2 – After confirming the age the customer can navigate the site, but only on a “soft” mode.
That means he can’t access the “hard” version on the website, and will only see erotic pictures and
videos.
• Step 3 – If the customer wants to see the hard version of the website, he must create an account on
the website, and then registrate as a “over 18 years old” customer, thanks to My18Pass.
• Step 4 – Once the account created and the age verified on My18Pass, the customer can access
the hard version of the website.
For account registration, the process is as follows:
The customer completes the fields username (to navigate the site), email address and sets a password.
The email address must be a valid one, because the system sends a confirmation email to the address
that is filled in by the customer.
The actual registration and access to the account in order to be able to buy video content is done only after accessing the link sent by system, which certifies that the user is the owner of the email address specified in the registration.
The user must also confirm that he is older than 18 years.
When the user accesses the “create account” button, they agree to the “terms and conditions”
section displayed on the site.

Article 4
Both users and visitors of the site have two channels available to evaluate the displayed content and
report any breach.
The website allows any user to evaluate and report where appropriate the content of the Article.
The user can send a larger comment using the dedicated contact box, where he can communicate
with a moderator via the specified email address.

Article 5
Prior to the start of the activity of the moderators, this Regulation on the content monitoring policy will also have brought to their attention the content of Chapter 5.11.7 of MasterCard rules.
Every 30 days, the moderators will be tested on the knowledge of the present Regulation monitoring the
account, and of the provisions of MasterCard rules Caputo 5.11.7.
At the time of each training, a copy of this content monitoring Policy will be issued for each moderator, dated and signed by the moderator, in order to ensure that this content monitoring policy is in place.
Also, regularly all the activity carried out by the moderators on the site is verified and evaluated by a
supervisor.
Following the verification, the supervisor will draw up a nominal report for each moderator, containing the
conclusions and recommendations of the superviser following that assessment.

Article 6
First of all, about video contents, we carefully check every content prior publication, thanks to a
dedicated team of 3 persons.
Our Moderation team watches all the contents from beginning to the end, to ensure that the content
remains in our rules and policies.
If the content doesn’t respect the policies, the team informs the Moderation manager, who also informs the company’s board to start a procedure with the competent authorities.
Then, we transmit the content in question to these authorities, and we remain at their service if they
contact us to ask for more information.
Monitoring of the content by the moderator shall be as follows:
• Step 1 – The Moderation webmaster connects to the admin panel of the site using user and his
unique password.
• Step 2 – The Moderation webmaster checks for a first time the video displayed on the admin panel,
for technical, editorial and ethical reasons.
• Step 3 – Once the Moderation webmaster is sure that the content respects the rules, he can publish
the video on the website.
• Step 4 – The Moderation webmaster checks for the last time that everything has been published
according to the editorial and ethical rules of the website.
If the moderator finds irregularities in the infringement of this Regulation in the context of the procedure, he will move the posting “to quarantine”.
He will also inform the top hierarchy by drawing up a detailed report, and he will take all possible
measures to fight the situation.
In this respect, he will block the diffusion of the video, and alert the law bodies if the situation requires
it.
