In the event of an issue with the Content or the Website, the User concerned shall first contact the Company to resolve the issue.

Also, for any person depicted in any content, we allow the right to appeal for a removal.

How to make a complaint?

A person wishing to make a complaint may send a notification to the following address: [email protected].

The person has to send the URL, and/or the profile name that has published the content, and the maximum useful information to allow the team dedicated to the complaint to find the content as soon as possible.

What is the procedure?

The Company, through is dedicated team, will investigate the complaint immediately and remedy it as necessary.

If it is determined that the complaint is valid, our dedicated team has to remove the content immediatly.

The team has to resolve any complaint, whether it’s illegal content or appeal for the right of removal, within seven (7) days.

If the User does not agree with the handling of the complaint, or if it is not possible to investigate the complaint immediately, or if the User has made the complaint in writing, the Company will respond to the complaint within 30 days.

In case the User shall be considered as a consumer and its complaint is rejected in whole or in part, or if the time limit set above for the investigation of the complaint has expired without result, the User may contact the following authorities and bodies:
